Komunikazio-gardentasuna kooperatiban

Laburpena:

Gardentasuna indarra hartzen joan den kontzeptua da eta lotzen da sinesgarritasunarekin eta konfiantzarekin. Kontzeptu abstraktua definitzea eta neurtzea ezinbestekoa da gardentasunaren indarra eraginkorra izan dadin. Kooperatibetan berebiziko garrantzia hartzen du kolektiboaren parte-hartze eta inplikazioarekin harreman estua duelako. Ikerketa honen jomuga izan da Rawlins-en galdetegia erabiliz ikerketa burutu den kooperatibak komunikazio gardenerako egiten duen ahalegina neurtzea. Kooperatibako kolektiboak duen pertzepzioa neurtuko dugu, horrek, kolektiboak erakundean duen konfiantza-maila eskainiko digulako.

Communication transparency in cooperatives

The concept of transparency has gained strength in recent years, and is related to the credibility and trust. You need to define and measure this abstract concept, in order to make effective the force of transparency. In cooperatives acquires a special significance as it is directly related to the participation and involvement of the collective. The objective of this research is to measure the effort of the cooperative, using the Rawlins questionaire. It will be measured the collective perception of transparent communication, and this will be the basis and level of confidence given that the group has with the cooperative.
