Goi Mailako Hezkuntzaren Europako Esparruak lan-merkatuan aintzatesten diren konpetentzien garapena oinarritzat hartzea eskatzen du gaur egun. Horrela, ikasleek profil profesional egokia garatuko dute jarduera profesionala eraginkortasunez betetzeko. Goi-mailako hezkuntza-proiektuetako bat da Ocean i³, ozeanoaren iraunkortasuna helburu izanik sortutako hezkuntza-berrikuntzako Euskadi-Akitania mugaz gaindiko proiektua. Ikerlan honen helburua, hain zuzen ere, Ocean i³ proiektuan enplegagarritasunean laguntzen duten zehar-konpetentzien garapenean ikasleek eta irakasleek duten pertzepzioa aztertzea izan da. Emaitzek erakutsi dutenez, proiektuan parte hartzeak enplegagarritasunean modu positiboan eragiten duten zehar-konpetentzien garapenean lagundu die parte-hartzaileei, hala nola talde-lanean, ikuspuntu berriak ezagutzean, komunikazioan, autonomian, gatazka konplexuen ebazpenean eta moldagarritasunean.

Transversal competencies for employability in the Ocean I³ project[Abstract]
The European Higher Education Area nowadays requires taking as a basis the development of the competences demanded by the labour market, so that students develop an effective professional profile for the performance of their professional activity. Ocean I³ is one of the educational projects of higher education, a cross-border project of Euskadi-New Aquitaine educational innovation that was born with the aim of ocean sustainability. This study analyses the perception that students and teaching staff participating in the project have of the development of transversal competencies for employability in Ocean I³. The results show that participation in the project has contributed to the development of transversal employability competencies, such as teamwork, awareness of different points of view, communication, autonomy, complex conflict resolution and adaptability.
