Pertsonek zein animaliek elikaduraren aurrean duten portaera ikerketa-objektu garrantzitsu bihurtu da ikaskuntza psikologiaren eremuan. Izan ere, elikagai egokiak hautatzea eta kaltegarriak saihestea funtsezkoa da bizirik irauteko. Lan honetan, zaporearekiko abertsio baldintzatua eta, zehazkiago, Adiskide Pozoituaren Efektua (APE) deritzon fenomenoa aztertzen da arratoietan. Fenomeno horri garrantzi berezia emanez, animaliek dieta kaltegarriak saihesteko erabiltzen dituzten estrategiei buruz azken hamarkadetan egin diren ikerketak azalduz hasiko gara. Jarraian, APE-an eragiten duten aldagai kognitibo eta sozial nagusiak aztertuko ditugu. Artikuluaren azken zatian, fenomeno hori azaltzeko proposatu diren mekanismo garrantzitsuenen berrikuspena egingo dugu.

The behavior that people and animals show in relation to feeding has become a very important object of research in the area of Learning and Conditioning. In fact, choosing adequate diets and rejecting harmful ones is fundamental in order to survive. In this work, we examine the Flavour Aversion Conditioning (FAC) and, more specifically, the phenomenon known as the Poisoned-Partner Effect (PPE) in rats. Giving special importance to that phenomenon, we begin presenting the research that was made in the last decades about the strategies used by animals to avoid toxic diets. Next, we examine the influence that some cognitive and social factors have on the PPE. Finally, we review the most important mechanisms that have been proposed to explain that phenomenon.
