Artikulu honetan, autodeterminazio-eskubidea eskubide kolektiboen paradigma gisa aurkeztu dugu. Lotura horren helburua ondokoa izan da: bai bata eta bai besteak ezagutzeko orduan agertzen den kontrako jarreraren nondik norakoa aztertzea eta, bereziki, jarrera hori arlo juridikoari edo arlo ideologikoari dagokion ikustea.

 

This article takes the self-determination right as a paradigmatic figure of the collective rights. The aim of doing this connection is to underline the reasons for the current negative attitude against the ackowledgement of one and the others, making also an attempt to analyze the juridic or ideologic character of those reasons.
