Lan honek helburutzat du agerian uztea Elizak bere ondasun higiezinak Jabetza Erregistroan inskribatzeko izan duen trataera berezia. Ezein jabek bere ondasun higiezinei Erregistroan matrikula emateko ahalmena izan badu ere, Eliza Katolikoak bere herriko elizak ezin izan ditu erregistratu, hain zuzen ere higiezin horren jabetza-eskubidea duela zalantzazkoa izan baita. Hala eta guztiz ere, egun, hipoteka-erregelamenduaren arabera, horiek bere izenean jartzeko aukera du, elizari herri-kutsua kendu eta Elizaren jabetzakoa eginez.

    The aim of this work is to show the special treatment that has had the Church to inscribe its real estate in the record of the property. Though any owner has been able to register his real estate in the Record, the Catholic Church could not register the churches of the villages, because it is doubted that it has right of property on them. Though, nowadays, according to the Hypothecary Regulation, it can inscribe in its name these goods, removing to the church the links with the village, and doing property of the Church.
